Mrs. Amanda Thomas

Amanda Thomas received her Bachelors in Elementary Education from Oakland University, and her Masters in Education from American College of Education in 2022. Mrs. Thomas specializes in Social Studies and Language Arts and has a variety of teaching experience ranging from Title 1 schools, to programs for gifted and talented students. She has experience instructing students in elementary, middle and high school. Mrs. Thomas is passionate about her students discovering their individual talents and taking on new challenges successfully.
A mother of three, Mrs. Thomas enjoys adventures with her family and traveling to northern Michigan.
Mrs. Thomas also loves to read and sew in her free time, especially costumes!
One of her favorite Bible verses is 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody.
